OCTOBER NOVEMBER & DECEMBER TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEM

      In conjunction with our Traffic Light System, the club does not have an up-to-date list of all members cars used for club runs. The existing list is held within our Central Records. At the November club meeting I will be available for you all to check your cars against our records. Please come and talk to me at the meeting and ensure you have correct documents relating to the car with you for me to complete updating of our club records. Vehicles not confirmed will follow behind the Red Cards group regardless of actual age until confirmed.

Our traffic light system for order of cars on runs.

Those with a green card classics (30 years and older pre 1995) will follow immediately behind the lead car.  

The second group will follow behind all green cards with amber cards with future classics (registered between 1996 to 2005). 

The third group will follow behind the amber cards with red cards (all cars registered after 2005) If you do not have a card you will follow the red cards at end of Group. 

OCTOBER  2025 It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is confirmed on our record system if you have any doubts if your vehicle is confirmed contact Central Records  or see Will at our next meeting.

 OUR ORGANISERS ARE KEN & NATALIE FOR THE CHRISTMAS EVENT & RAFFLE. 

Dear Members,
Please note that this year Natalie has produced two more wonderful hampers to be won via our raffle during our meal at Christmas.
We were looking for a different venue this year but a few members requested we return to our favourite curry house the ‘Indian Garden’ at Arboleas..
The date:- Thursday Dec 11th.Club run details to follow.
We have also secured additional offerings for your consideration at that time,, details of which shall be submitted at our next regular meeting on November 6th.when we shall be asking you to partake in the raffle.
So until then we wish you all well and look forward to seeing you in November.

Who knows where yet, but I do believe we can look forward to Lunch at the Indian Garden Arboleas.

Dear Members, Message from Ken.

Please see the  flyer below for the menu on December 11th Christmas outing, at the Indian Garden – Arboleas.. 
Route details for the day to be announced soon. 
If you would like to join us on the day please forward your menu choices from the flyer and inform me which classic car you will be driving on the day.

You will be aware there are two Christmas hampers to be won on our raffle, tickets are available and I will be offering the chance to purchase more at next week’s club meeting and on the 11th. 
All monies raised this year will be donated to the charity ‘Puppy Rescue’ . 

Additionally there is a meal voucher donated from our hosts, this will be auctioned using a new method. The raffle and auction will be held on the 11th at the Restaurant.

NOTE:- If you have already indicated your attendance would you now please forward your menu choices, so I can add them to the spreadsheet.
