JULY  CLUB  RUN

A – C – C run planned for Thursday 11^th July 2024.

Meet at Bar Las Vegas Huercal Overa 10:30am for an 11:00am start.                                                               (Earlier if you fancy breakfast or coffees’).

Leave Bar Las Vegas. Turn left at Junction onto main road and first exit (turn right) at the roundabout.                                                                                                                                                             Take the second turning at next roundabout (left turn) and head on up the road to the next roundabout approximately 1.5km, taking the third exit (left turn) towards Urcal on the AL8103.

Travel approximately 5.5 km to the next roundabout  taking the 2^nd exit (left turn) travel through a little village called El Gor for approximately 3km on the AL 9105.                                                                                                                            At the next ‘Y’ junction turn left remaining on the AL9105 towards Huercal Overa -Santa Maria de Nieve for a further 7.5km.                                                                                                                               Take a sharp right turn just before the E15/A7 motorway, onto the AL7101 towards Santopetar-Taberno for approximately 16km.  At the next roundabout take the 2^nd exit (turn left)  marked ‘Piscina’.              The coffee stop is located 100m on the right hand side.                           Plenty of parking available. We will  re-commence some 45 minutes later.                              Return to the roundabout 100m up the road to the roundabout taking the 1^st exit (turn left) on the AL 7107 towards Albox for approximately 10.5 km.    Drive through the town of Albox, passing over suicide junction, heading towards the A334 junction for Huercal Overa-Baza. Passing the new Lidl, Longos Harleys etc.                                                                                                                                               At the A334 junction take the 2^nd exit at the roundabout.     Then again take the 2^nd exit off the roundabout above the A334, then take the 1^st exit, (turn right) heading towards La Cinta                                                                                                               The ‘Indian Garden’ restaurant is 300m up on the left hand side.                       (Large Orange building). Arriving around 1:30pm

Plenty of parking at the front of the restaurant…………………. 

Approximately 1.5hour run, excluding coffee stop.

Menu selection for Indian Garden:-

Poppadams and relishes on arrival.

Please choose a starter from the following:-

Salad – Chicken Pakora – Onion Bhaji

Main course selection:-

Chicken (breast) or lamb curry of your choice,

1 portion of rice OR a naan bread of your choice,

Chicken on the bone served with chips and garnish, OR

Tandoori chicken on the bone with rice or chips.

Vegetarian option available.

1 drink per person included, ie. glass of wine, small beer or soft drink.

1 Coffee per person, after meal.

Additional drinks can be purchased separately from the bar.
